What should I do if my order is late?

We keep in close contact with our carrier partners to make sure delivery estimates are correct, keeping as up-to-date as possible. Sadly, conditions out of our control or local events can occasionally cause a delay.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time frame or something looks unusual on the carrier tracking pages, please contact us! 

Any late order that you no longer wish to keep can be returned for a refund. For more information on this, please refer to our return policy. 

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?

Deliveries to a PO Box are currently limited to delivery within the UK through Royal Mail and Canada through Canada Post. If you have selected either of these services to a PO Box in the UK or Canada, they will be able to complete this delivery for you. Royal Mail will also guide packages into a UK-based BFPO if needed!

Unfortunately, FedEx and DHL cannot deliver to a PO Box. For deliveries through FedEx or DHL, please use a residential address for your shipping destination. For the USA, we cannot ship to an APO or FPO. 

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will be expertly packed and shipped with care by our fantastic team, located in Cambridge, UK. 

Is it possible to track my order?

Absolutely. All of our shipping options come with tracking information. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch, including a tracking link, to the email address you entered when ordering.

If you do not see this email in your inbox after a couple of days of placing your order, please check your junk folder.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

During checkout, our website shows the available delivery methods for your destination, the price, and the estimated delivery time in working days from dispatch. Working days do not include Saturdays or Sundays, or any Public Holiday in the UK or the country of destination.

Estimated delivery days are the number of days our delivery partners aim to deliver by but are not guaranteed. Please kindly note, the busy festive season may impact delivery times too!

While specific estimates are quoted at checkout, these are broadly in line with the following guidelines:

*For personalised orders, please allow an extra 3 working days onto your expected delivery time to allow our team time to embroider your item.

In all cases, exceptions exist for remote areas and delivery times vary from country to country. We provide estimates to help you plan your orders, but we cannot promise or guarantee delivery times because of factors outside our control.

When will my order ship?

Orders are sent straight away to be picked and packed as soon as the confirmation button is pushed! We will aim to dispatch any orders we receive within 3 days (Monday to Friday), Once dispatched you will receive a dispatch email confirmation with tracking information.
